BRISTOL — Mayor Jeff Caggiano said this year will be a “tough” budget year due to minimal grand list growth, but he aims to keep the 2024-2025 city spending plan “as flat as possible.”
Caggiano posted a video on the Mayor’s Office Bristol CT Facebook page where he provided an “interim update on the budget process.”
